The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences is the oldest faculty in Poland educating veterinarians. The Faculty offers full-time and part-time studies in the field of veterinary medicine, doctoral studies, postgraduate studies and studies in English for foreigners. The mission of the department is to educate and conduct research in the field of: basic, preclinical, clinical sciences, hygiene and toxicology of food of animal origin and veterinary protection of public health. The faculty is located on the Ursynów campus of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, at Nowoursynowska Street and Ciszewskiego Street. The faculty has: a Small Animal Clinic, a Horse Clinic, an autopsy room, an animal house, a clinic at the university’s cattle farm, and a specialized reading room.
