Dr. Pearce is well known for his considerable experience in equine dentistry. He is President of the European Veterinary Dental College and he was the first veterinary surgeon to pass the BEVA/BVDA equine dental technicians exam in 1990, has RCVS certificates in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, he passed the first full examination for the new European Diploma of Equine Dentistry making him a European Veterinary Specialist. Dr Chris Pearce has a particular interest and experience in novel minimally invasive and preservative therapies. So can’t wait to see his lecture about equine dentistry.

DVM Urszula Latek graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 2018, the same year she started her PhD studies at this university. Since her student days she has been associated with the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, where she currently works and pursues her PhD on the effect of selected plant substances on the tightness of the intestinal barrier. She tries to divide her time between scientific activity at the University and clinical work in a small animal clinic, which is also very important to her. Besides toxicology, she is interested in laboratory diagnostics. She also enjoys teaching and scientific cooperation with students. We have had the pleasure of having classes with DVM Latek, so we can honestly say that it is also a pleasure for students to have classes with her.

DVM Agnieszka Mańka is a veterinarian, specialist in swine diseases, graduate of postgraduate studies in feed production and nutrition counseling. After several years of work in veterinary practice she joined Zoetis Polska. Currently as a Veterinary Manager she is trying to transfer the latest discoveries from the world of science to professional practice. She cooperates with veterinarians, breeders and meat industry on a daily basis. In her work she likes contact with people who are open to knowledge and discussion, committed and willing to change. She is motivated by challenges and opportunities to constantly improve her qualifications. Her particular areas of professional interest are immunology, diagnostics and swine health management. Privately, a mother of three teenagers and owner of two dogs.  A fan of many sports, good music and food.
